- I am allowed to refuse to do a commission at my own discretion
- Payment will only be delivered only after or in the middle of commission, failure to provide payment without a valid excuse will result in you not getting the commission you asked and getting blacklisted
- I will keep in touch with updates about said commission if requested
- you will not a get a refunds, please don't request refunds as you will not get one
- you can use my art for commercial reasons, only if you pay me 5$ extra on top of that
- Do not use my art/gfx to train an AI model or anything involving AI
- Do not draw NSFW of said artworks
- please provide many references, this includes posing, clear descriptions that aren't vague etc, it makes the process way easier and clearer
- Editing my works is only allowed with my permission, filters are not included in this rule
- for rentry intros, I will keep the code of the rentry before payment, if you fail to make the payment the rentry will be wiped, this is so scams don't happen often
- for rentry intros, please provide the information you want in the rentry , This is so I can make the intro properly
- if you need changes to the artwork such as you don't like a certain thing, speak up, I can't guess what you don't like about said artwork without you telling me the input on it
- Credit the commission I have drawn for you, dont claim it is yours
- I am entitled to posting the commissions I do on my socials unless it is requested otherwise
- just because you commissioned me doesn't entitle you to being my friend or claiming to be my friend, transactions are purely professional
- artwork may arrive later during working days (monday - Friday = 5 days later) then on the weekends (saturday-sunday= 1-2 days later) due to the fact I am busy on working days- failure to comply with the ToS will result in the following based on the following situations:
No 1 : If you break ToS , you will be put on the blacklist, unable to purchase from me, the conversation will be screen shotted in my gallery for proof alongside you getting blocked
No 2 : if you decide to be a predator/creep into my dm's to trick me thinking you want to commission me , your discord ID along side your discord username will be copied onto a blacklist , the conversation will again be into my gallery after being screenshotted along side screen recorded , you will be reported to any other servers you are in and your messages being reported to the discord general moderation (I am aware it's very ineffective and unhelpful, but I am trying to protect myself)
